Gympie Community Solar Assn

• Use Displays and talks to:

  • promote the economic, social and environmental benefits of renewable but especially solar energy adoption, and

  • educate our Community about the adverse consequences of using fossil fuels including health, environmental and social costs,

• Provide independent advice to our Community to encourage the adoption of solar power by using the individuals or businesses power bills to assess the financial and environmental benefits for a range of solar PV options, and

• Explore options for the development of a capital fund to support community groups in their move to solar power installations.

• Registered under the Containers for Change program with customer Number C10217318.  Use this number when dropping of containers and the money is deposited in the Gympie Community Solar Assn. bank account anonymously. This is our only funding apart from members contributions.
