Envirotech Day Gympie Application

All stall holders and displaying groups or individuals must complete the attached application form and email it to envirtoechgympie@gmail.com. This provides a record for the organisers, enabling site designs and ensures various rules and regulations are met. Applicants must have the Public Liability Insurance required for their display, as well as the appropriate licences as necessary.

 

Public Liability Insurance policies must be current, and have the following cover amounts:

Commercial entities; $20 Million,

Not For Profit groups; $10 Million,

Individuals Display Vehicles; $0. Owners must have comprehensive insurance for their vehicles.

 

Fees

The fees are based on a standard 3 x 3 metre display site. Larger sites can be made using multiple adjacent sites. Fees will be charged as follows:

Commercial entities; $50

Not For Profit groups; $20

Individuals Display Vehicles; $0.

 

Your fees must be paid prior to March 27th 2021. Payment preferable by direct deposit will be made to the following account:

Reference: Business, Group or Individual Name.

Email a copy of the Transaction to envirotechgympie@gmail.com so we

can confirm the payment is received.

All stall holders and display groups and individuals are asked to provide info in the application form that will go into a Table which will be available on this web site. Anyone interested can access this information about the event, both prior to it and after it has finished. The info will be published on this website as soon as the fees are paid and the application is accepted. Attendees to the event may be offered a USB memory stick with the information as a reference source for the Event.
